Yin-Yang

I'm sure you've all seen it before. But do you know what it means? The Chinese yin yang sign describes how opposite forces are dependent of each other. The one could not exist without the other. Like day and night. Birth and death. Friends and enemies. Up and down. Let's take good and bad for example. The black symbolizes bad or darkness while the white symbolizes the good or light. From the yin-yang symbol we see that when everything is dark and gloomy there is still some hope. Light that helps us get to the other side. The same works for the white. There will always be a little darkness a little trouble. This is called LIFE. The curve in the centre portrays the continual movement of the energies around. Sometimes there's more good than bad, other times more bad than good. This is the way of life. Apply this to people and it works exactly the same. Everyone has downfalls. But even in people who seem to be "the worst of people", there is good. Look for that good! Another point to always remember is that things can change around at any moment. Cherish what you have right now. When in difficulty know that things will get better. It has to.
